Child Safety Standards
These standards apply to the VibeArena.Club website, Android application, and related services (together, the “Service”). They describe our rules and response procedures concerning child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
VibeArena.Club strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a person under 18. Users must not use the Service to create, upload, store, request, promote, distribute, or facilitate CSAM or any other form of CSAE.
The Service is intended for people aged 18 and older. This age restriction does not reduce our responsibility to identify, review, remove, and report child-safety violations when we become aware of them.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- CSAM, including real, altered, computer-generated, or otherwise synthetic depictions of the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a child;
- grooming, predatory contact, or attempts to build trust with a child for sexual purposes;
- sexualizing a child or soliciting sexual content, contact, or activity involving a child;
- sextortion, threats, coercion, or blackmail involving a child or a child's intimate imagery;
- child trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or facilitating contact for those purposes;
- sharing links, instructions, coded language, or communities intended to obtain, trade, conceal, or promote CSAM; and
- attempting to evade child-safety detection, reporting, moderation, or enforcement.
3. How to report a child-safety concern
VibeArena.Club provides in-app reporting controls. On supported Vibes, Voices, comments, and community-chat messages, open the three-dot or options menu, choose Report, and select Child sexual abuse or exploitation. Where a free-text reason is offered, include “child safety,” “CSAE,” or “CSAM” so the concern can be identified quickly. Reports enter our moderation queue for review.
If an in-app Report option is not available for the item, or if the concern involves an account, profile, or private interaction, email our child-safety contact at administrator@vibearena.club. Include the username, content link or ID, and a short description. Do not download, save, screenshot, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
4. Review and enforcement
When VibeArena.Club obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we review the report and take action appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law. Actions may include:
- restricting access to or removing the content;
- suspending or permanently banning involved accounts;
- preserving relevant records when legally appropriate; and
- reporting confirmed CSAM or related criminal conduct to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the appropriate regional or national authority.
We may act without advance notice when necessary to protect a child, preserve an investigation, comply with law, or prevent further harm.
5. Child-safety law compliance
VibeArena.Club complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. We maintain a process to escalate and report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional or national authority, as applicable, and cooperate with valid legal requests from authorized authorities.
6. Designated child-safety contact
Our designated point of contact is prepared to receive notices concerning CSAE or CSAM and to speak about VibeArena.Club's prevention, review, enforcement, and legal-compliance practices:
